On this auspicious occasion of Navroz, I would like to wish you and your family Navroz Mubarak.
Navroz is a festival which marks the first day of spring and the New Year. In many traditions, Navroz is a time for spiritual renewal and physical rejuvenation where individuals can commit themselves to their goals for the coming year.
During Navroz, families and friends come together to recite devotional poetry and share dried fruits and nuts, which symbolise blessings of abundance and sustenance. It is also an opportunity to exchange gifts with loved ones and visits old friends.
As winter comes to an end, communities around the world will celebrate Navroz, which is an occasion of peace, blessings, joy and a chance to look optimistically towards the future.

Navroz est l’occasion d’un festival qui marque le premier jour du printemps et le Nouvel An. Dans de nombreuses traditions, Navroz est un moment de renouveau spirituel et de rajeunissement physique où chacun peut se fixer des objectifs pour l’année à venir.
Durant Navroz, les familles et les amis se réunissent pour réciter des poésies sacrées et partager des fruits séchés et des noix, symboles des bienfaits que sont l’abondance et la subsistance. C’est aussi l’occasion d’offrir des cadeaux aux êtres aimés et de rendre visite aux vieux amis.
